Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AirShare ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Description of Service

AirShare provides a platform for users to share files over a local network or internet connection. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that AirShare assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

User Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Upload files that contain viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that you retain ownership of any files you upload. However, by uploading, you grant AirShare a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and transfer the file to your intended recipient for the duration of the transfer.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AirShare, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
